For years I reached for a nightly glass (& more) of “well-earned” wine to help me unwind from work or make it through a terrorizing bedtime routine. I was desperate to break free from that cycle, and I’m so proud to say that last year I did and now I’ve cut back my drinking 90% for the long term.

The truth is, when I did my first Dry January two years ago I didn’t make it the whole month – I didn’t even start until mid-January.
