Great for brunches or afternoon sipping, the grapefruit radler is a must-try this summer.
A radler is like the less-popular cousin to the shandy, but instead of lemonade you mix grapefruit juice or soda with a light lager or wheat beer. In this alcohol-free version I'm using Busty Lush's "She's Golden" n/a beer which stands up well to the other juices in this recipe and ACTUALLY tastes like beer. You can read my previous review and learn more about this amazing, female-owned company here. A non-alcoholic pilsner or lager would work well too - just nothing too dark.

I'll be batching this recipe for Father's Day brunch and can't wait to share it with my family. Cheers!
Ingredients
1.5 oz grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed really does make a difference here if you can manage it)
.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
4-5 oz "She's Golden" Blonde by Busty Lush (or a high-quality n/a beer of similar style)
Slices of grapefruit for garnish
Instructions
Pour the juices and syrup into a shaker and fill with ice.
Top with beer and give a couple gentle shakes.
Pour into fresh glass, garnish with grapefruit slices and enjoy!
