Nothing says springtime like a Lillet Rosé spritz, the perfect low-ABV cocktail recipe.
Lillet Rosé is a must-have in my cabinet during spring and summertime. It's a French aperitif with a fruit-forward flavor, pinkish hue and subtle blossom aroma, making it a great ingredient for low-ABV cocktails. You can find it in most larger grocery stores, or of course at specialty shops like BevMo.
For this recipe I paired the Lillet with one of my favorite non-alcoholic sparkling rosés to enhance the fruity flavor and pinkish hue. You could swap in your favorite non-alcoholic bubbly or stick with just club soda as well, though I do think the alcohol-free sparkling wine adds a nice element to this drink since it's one of the main ingredients. So if you skip it you may want a small splash of simple syrup with the club soda.
Ingredients
2 oz Lillet Rosé
3 oz non-alcoholic sparkling rosé
1 oz club soda
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Garnish with pink blossoms
Instructions
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Add Lillet Rosé, N/A sparkling rosé and club soda
Gently stir
