A sweet and spicy mocktail recipe perfect with summer peaches
The combo of summer peaches and non-alcoholic bourbon is what summer sipping was made for. I top mine with a high-quality ginger beer, but you can also top with soda water to cut down the sugar content.

Ingredients
Handful of cut up peaches
4-5 mint leaves
.5 oz fresh lemon juice (usually about half a lemon)
.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz non-alcoholic bourbon
Top with ginger beer or soda
Garnish with fresh mint and/or a slice of fresh peach
Instructions
Place peaches, mint, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Muddle about 30 seconds to break down the peaches and mint. Be careful not to over-muddle, because this can turn your mint bitter.
Add in bourbon and ice. Shake to chill.
Strain into a fresh glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger beer or soda water, garnish with mint and enjoy!
