Pink Blossom Mocktail Mimosa

Are you looking for an easy, alcohol-free mimosa recipe? You've found it!

It's cherry blossom season in my Pacific Northwest hometown so I was inspired to whip up a pink mimosa with one of my favorite non-alcoholic sparkling wines, Rondel Sparkling Cava Rosé. You could swap in sparkling cherry soda as well, though I really think the non-alcoholic wine brings the drink to life since it makes up the majority of the drink. I didn't actually have any pink blossoms in my yard so I snuck over with some scissors to steal this garnish from my neighbor's yard. I have no regrets.

Pink Mocktail Mimosa Recipe
This mocktail is made with N/A sparkling rosé and pink lemonade.

The pink blossoms (from my neighbor's yard) really add a lovely element on the nose when you take a sip, and is so visually appealing. Any variety of cherry blossom would be a lovely garnish for this springtime mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Non-alcoholic sparkling rosé

  • 1-2 oz Organic pink lemonade

  • Pink blossom garnish

Instructions

Fill a flute nearly to the top with non-alcoholic rosé. Top with 1-2 ounces of pink lemonade. I prefer an organic juice so there are no artificial additives - here I used Santa Cruz Organic Strawberry Lemonade and it was delicious.
