"Please Sleep!" Popsicle Recipe

The best night time snack for the entire family!


What if we replaced our nightly glass of wine with recipes that actually helped us unwind, sleep better and wake up refreshed the next morning? This recipe is simple with only two ingredients and safe for kids!

Skinny Cucumber Mocktail

I’ve partnered with R.W. Knudsen to make these delicious popsicles for the whole family, using one of my favorite juices: R. W. Knudsen Organic Just Tart Cherry Juice. 


Did you know that tart cherries have natural levels of melatonin that are known to enhance sleep quality, and act as a natural anti-inflammatory?


Almonds are also a good source of magnesium and tryptophan, an amino acid that the body uses to produce melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep-wake cycles. 

You'll only need a few simple ingredients and tools to make these popsicles. Let's get started!

"Please Sleep!" Popsicle Ingredients:

  • 16 oz R.W. Knudsen Organic Just Tart Cherry Juice

  • 1/3 C Organic Almond Butter

Instructions:

  • Combine both ingredients into a blender and mix until combined. You can even skip this step and swirl in almond butter by hand if you like - one less dish!

  • Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze overnight. Makes 4 (depending on the size of your popsicle mold)
